Returns and Refunds Policy

All my products come with a full guarantee which is shown on my website.  This is a no quibble guarantee. All images are fade resistant and modern technology now promises photographs last longer than ever in history due to the chemical-free process now employed using stable dyes.

Free replacements are made should there be any problems. On the rare occasion where you may not get the correct order or something has been omitted, please email me straight away with the details. I will let you know when replacements have been shipped.

For returns and refunds, again, I offer a no questions asked full refund. Please email me first before returning goods.
